NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of this application. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has been passed on 13.11.2017 in the present case whereby bail has been granted to the petitioner and the bail bonds have to be furnished on satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur. He submits that bail bonds have to be furnished before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Rosera, Samastipur.

Under such circumstances, order dated 13.11.2017 is modified to the extent that Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur be read as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Rosera, Samastipur.
