Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,34 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act in which Section 302 IPC has been subsequently added.

For dispute arising during play of cricket, co-accusedArbind Kumar caused firearm injury to the informant. The petitioner was also there alongwith Arvind Kumar, however no overtact is alleged.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.25187 of 2021(2) dt.10-09-2021 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ara Town Police Station Case No.31 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
