The petitioner seeks bail in Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 13 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. The name of petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of coaccused Indu Devi. She has stated in her confessional statement that deceased had illicit relationship with Paramsheela Devi (petitioner). Paramsheela Devi always used to put pressure on the deceased for establishing physical relationship with her and since the deceased could not sustain pressure of the petitioner to establish physical relationship with her, he committed suicide on the day of occurrence.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 13 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
