2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 566 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Unknown criminal has fired upon the victim. The petitioner has been made accused in the case that he has conspired for killing the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Mukhiya and he has dispute with the informant and because of which he has been falsely implicated. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no

6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the age of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/ concerned Court in connection with Bhore P.S.
