The learned counsel for the RespondentState has got no objection. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Circle
Patna High Court CWJC No.4311 of 2022(2) dt.30-06-2022 2/2 Officer, Patna Sadar, Patna to consider the show cause reply filed by the petitioner as also grant an opportunity of hearing to him and thereafter, dispose of the said encroachment case no. 60/2021-22, by passing final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. It is further directed that till the final disposal of the aforesaid encroachment case, status quo, existing as on today, shall be maintained.
The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
