2. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances by moving before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Madhubani, along with all the necessary documents and details.

3. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Madhubani, along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner moves before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Madhubani within the stipulated period, the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Madhubani, shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of six months thereafter.
