The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out of 346 candidates of Panchayat Teachers, finally recommended by the D.E.O., Madhepura, the certificates of 55 candidates had been found forged, which were detected by the D.M. and accordingly,

the first information report was lodged at his instance. It is further submitted that in pursuance of the said recommendation, the petitioners were neither appointed nor called for interview nor were they given any monetary benefits to such appointment. Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn my attention of the order dated 19.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37622 of 2014 alongwith analogous cases by which several such similarly situated persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforementioned situation and also the fact that neither was the petitioners appointed nor had they received any monetary benefits, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
