Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that in compliance of the order dated 26.05.2022, notices were filed, it is further submitted that service report of ordinary notice has been received by O.P. No. 2 as is evident from report of process server at flag 'A' but it appears that despite receiving notice, the informant is not interested in pursuing the case as none appeared on her behalf. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are mother-in-

No.25592 of 2021(4) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 law and father-in-law of the informant and from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the F.I.R. it would manifest that allegations against them are general and omnibus in nature. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 26.05.2022 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
