The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 143, 341,427, 353, 504,506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners had gone to the bank for sanction of loan but the Branch Manager of the bank demanded illegal money and the entire case is false and concocted but it appears that petitioners, being sons of local Mukhiya, entered into the bank, abused the Branch Manager and also threatened to assault. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
