JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No.152 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b), 26, 37, 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegation of possessing the firearms which are required to be recovered from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is accordingly, dismissed.
