Writ application is disposed off with liberty to the four petitioners here that they will approach the Chairman of Bihar School Examination Board with regard to non-inclusion of any of the donor members in the constitution of the ad-hoc committee, keeping in mind that the Secretary of the erstwhile Intermediate

Patna High Court CWJC No.7255 of 2015 dt.21-09-2015 2/2 College vide notification, dated 07.02.2004 had notified a list of donors with amount of donations made on their behalf.

On such an application being filed, the Chairman will hear the necessary parties to the dispute and then pass a fresh order with regard to the constitution of the managing committee of the Intermediate College in question. Such a decision should be taken within three months from filing of such an application by the petitioners.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
