The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Konch P.S. Case No. 196/15 registered under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, father of the deceased, alleged that his daughter was married to Ramjee Yadav in the year 2013. His daughter complained about the ill-treatment and demand of dowry. On persuasion of his daughter, he gave money but on 15.09.2015 he got information that his daughter was serious. When the informant went to the house of his son-in-law, he came to know that his daughter passed away and cremation was also done. It is submitted that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The informant has not made any allegation against the petitioner. The deceased was ill and she was under treatment of doctor.

No.16380 of 2016 (3) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 Considering the facts that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and no allegation is made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Konch P.S. Case No. 196/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
