"(i) To direct the respondents to give the Dearness Allowance at per the rate of Dearness Allowance given by the State Government to its employees in pursuance to 6th Pay-Revision and enhanced time to time w.e.f. 1.4.2007.

(ii) Also to direct the respondents to make payment of the arrears of Dearness Allowance in pursuance thereto after calculating the arrears as per the D.A. Granted to the other employees of the State to the petitioners as well as employees of the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (herein after referred in short the BIADA).

(iii) Also for any other relief / reliefs for which the petitioners are found to be entitled in the eye of law." Sought question for consideration in the present petition whether petitioners are entitled to D.A. and other benefits as claimed by them?

The concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass speaking order on the petitioners' grievances as to whether are they are entitled to D.A. and other benefits claimed in this petition or not?
