The petitioners are in custody since 12.03.2018 in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 330, 307, 353, 504, 506, 279 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only because of some verbal altercation with the police inspector, the petitioners have been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. The petitioners have voluntarily surrendered on

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., VII, Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018.
