Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gardanibagh PS Case No.44 of 2018, registered under Sections 417 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner's LTI taken in the Biometric machine at the time of physical test did not match with the earlier LTI taken in the written test of the same candidate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been disqualified from the examination and he is in custody since 21.02.2018. It is also submitted that in another case of similar offence, accused of that case, namely, Himanshu Paswan @ Humansu Paswan and Kamlesh Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25610 of 2018(2) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 have been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.21119 of 2018 on 11.04.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Pappu Kumar Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-cum-Sub Judge-XIV, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh PS Case No.44 of 2018.
