The petitioner seeks bail in Piro (Hasan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 240 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 307, 504/34 and Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. In the written report there is specific allegation against co-accused Sushil Singh of assaulting father of the informant with Bamboo on his head, on account of which, he sustained injury and became unconscious.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18769 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 6.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 66455 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Piro (Hasan Bazar) P.S.
