JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard Mr. Jitendra Kumar Bharti, who has appeared on instruction from Manish Kumar No. 13, who is the Advocate on Record in this case and Ms. Gulnar Begum, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks modification in the name of his father in the order dated 19.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57776 of 2019. The name of the father of the petitioner is Lok Nathuni Sharma, who is resident of village Nirmali, Ward No. 10, Police Station - Nirmali in the district of Supaul.

A photocopy of the Aadhar Card has been brought on record in proof of the aforesaid assertion made on behalf

The order dated 19.11.2019 is modified to the extent that the name of the father of the petitioner be read as Lok Nathuni Sharma and his address be read as village Nirmali, Ward No. 10, Police Station - Nirmali in the district of Supaul.

While granting bail to the petitioner, the court below shall ascertain the correctness of the aforesaid fact and then only shall release the petitioner on bail. The time for surrendering before the court below is also extended for further period of six weeks from today. The order dated 19.11.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands allowed.
