JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 24.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18369 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after remaining six months in custody and the petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2017 and as such he has remained in custody for more than six months.

The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that in view of the observation lenient view can be taken.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47809 of 2017 (4) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M-I, Saran, Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2016, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
