1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) To direct the respondents to construct the Panchayat Bhawan in Village- Akodha as several lands/plots of Aam Gairmajarua land is available at Village- Akodha under Dinara Block in the district of Rohtas for construction of Panchayat Bhawan.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4916 of 2024(2) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 (II) Also to restrain the respondents especially respondent no. 6 and 9 from construction of Panchayat Bhawan at Village- Toran under Akodha Gram Panchayat which is going to be constructed without approval of Gram Sabha.

(III) Also to direct the respondents to obey the Guide Line issued from the Panchayat Raj Department regarding construction of Panchayat Bhawan in the Head Quarter of the Gram Panchayat i.e. at Village- Akodha."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
