The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. A raid was conducted on a plot in front of the house of Bhagirath Sahani stolen copper wire was recovered. It is submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Save and except suspicion, there is no material against the petitioner. But it appears that besides suspicion the petitioner has got criminal antecedents and he is accused in two other cases. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016, pending in the court of the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14914 of 2016 (3) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
