2. The petitioner being the husband of the deceased, who is in custody since 29.06.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P.Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 22.02.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 5514 of 2017.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
