The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2017 in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 208 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 448, 458, 323, 325, 504, 506, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, there no specific role has been assigned to the present petitioner. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation leveled against this petitioner that at best, she can be said to be a member of the crowd.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no role to play in the aforesaid

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25289 of 2018 (3) dt.27-04-2018 offence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parsa Bigha P.S. Case No. 208 of 2017.
