ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2017 in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.29 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 393, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for the last nine months and that he has no criminal antecedents and that the recovery was not made from his conscious possession, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
