The petitioner is running a Sudha Milk Booth situated near the Generator Room of I.G.I.C., P.M.C.H. The same is sought to be removed in terms of Clause 10 of the office order dated 09.09.2008 of the Superintendent, P.M.C.H. (Annexure-3 to the writ application).

The petitioner has confined her prayer for re-location of the Milk Booth to an alternative site. In this respect, she is given liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent no. 1, who may examine the same and take appropriate decision at the earliest, in any case not later than six weeks.
