The petitioner apprehends his arrest in K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named Md. Safia, Muzaffer and driver and owner of pick up van and alleged that they committed theft bull.

It is submitted that the petitioner is owner of the pick up van. The driver was driving the vehicle. The petitioner was not even present at the time of occurrence, but he has been made accused only because he was owner of pick up van. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16262 of 2016 (3) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K.
