This is an application for bail in connection with Ayar P.S.Case No. 33 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of demanding dowry and subjecting the informant to cruelty and further from the impugned order it appears that earlier there was compromise between the parties but she was ousted from the house. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is still ready to maintain her and he is in custody for more than two months.

Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39233 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 facts and circumstances, let petitioner file an application before the court below stating that he is still ready to maintain her and if the petitioner is ready to give maintenance to her, which has been accepted by the informant, in that case the court below will release the petitioner on bail to its satisfaction, otherwise he will pass any other order (s) as he may deem fit and proper. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
