====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sanokhar P. S. Case No.65 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 188 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Altogether 144 litres of country-made liquor is said to have recovered from a tempo.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and is in custody since 25.01.2021. Petitioner is a person with clean antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail petition.

Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25773 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar P. S. Case No.65 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
