2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, with respect to the payment of remaining ten percent pension and gratuity in accordance with law laid down by the Apex

Patna High Court CWJC No.4876 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 Court in case of Dr. Hira Lal Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in (2020) 4 SCC 346.

3. The Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, must call for the records relating to the petitioner and decide the case of the petitioner with respect to his claim for hundred percent pension and gratuity including other dues in accordance with law.

4. Such exercise must be done within a period of six weeks and the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, must ensure that the authority concerned must make payment of all the legal dues within the aforesaid period.

5. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
