The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1568 of 2019 registered under Sections 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The complaint case is filed with general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Earlier petitioner has also filed a matrimonial case for restitution of conjugal life, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application.
