Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) PS Case No.1869 of 2017, registered under Sections 302, 34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner found his son's dead body on the road and raised suspicion regarding involvement of the petitioner and others as the deceased had seen the nephew of the petitioner and one girl in a compromising position, so on account of that suspicion is raised of eliminating the deceased by the accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except suspicion raised by the informant, there is no other material and the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

No.25932 of 2018(2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Lalan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) PS Case No.1869 of 2017.
