2. The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehended his arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 455 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 61(2) of the BNS and Sections 3 and 4 of Bihar Examination Control Act, 1981.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is to engage co-accused Deepu Kumari as to appear against her roll number in School Teacher Competitive Examination, 2024 (TRE 3.0)

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is not aware about or connected in any manner with apprehended co-accused namely Deepu Kumari, who is already on regular bail. It is submitted that on the basis of disclosure as made before police by said apprehended co-accused Deepu Kumari the name of petitioner transpired with the present case. It is submitted that save and except suspicion arising out of disclosure nothing primafacie incriminating appears against this petitioner, who is a lady of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances and by taking note of the fact as name of petitioner transpired on the basis of disclosure of co-accused, coupled with the fact as petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, accordingly the petitioner above named, in the

No.14961 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 3/3 event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Trial Court, within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned Trial Court where the case is pending in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 455 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C./ Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
