The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a country-made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 6.6.2020 and has been falsely implicated in this case because of his antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26184 of 2021(2) dt.23-11-2021 2/2 taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year 5 months, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Town P.S. Case no. 284 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai.
