1. The Court's earlier order dated 10.12.2024 reads as under:- "1.In compliance of the order dated 24.02.2022, on 29.10.2024, the Learned counsel for the petitioner sought for an adjournment for furnishing bank details of the petitioner. At his request, the matter was directed to be
Patna High Court CWJC No.6407 of 2020(11) dt.27-01-2025 2/3 listed today.
2.In spite of it, the Learned counsel for the petitioner could not furnish the bank details of the petitioner and sought for another adjournment.
3.Therefore, the matter is adjourned on payment of cost of Rs. 250/- (Two Hundred Fifty) to the Bihar State Legal Services Authority. List on 27.01.2025."
2. In spite of the said order, the Learned counsel for the petitioner did not comply the order by paying Rs. 250/- to the Bihar State Legal Services Authority and has also not furnished any bank details to date.
3. On the other hand, Shri Anand Ojha, Learned Senior counsel reports to the Court that petitioner can avail appropriate remedy under the Regulation, 2018.
4. As the petitioner is not inclined to argue the matter or to comply with the previous order, the Writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.6407 of 2020(11) dt.27-01-2025 3/3 petition is dismissed for default.
