The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid the amount due for the work executed by him for the respondent no. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction that in case the petitioner files a representation within two weeks from today before the respondent no. 4, the same shall be decided and disposed off within two weeks thereafter and the respondent no. 4 shall forthwith make payment of the admitted outstanding dues to be paid to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4594 of 2022(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 petitioner, in any case not later than four weeks from today. It is further directed that in case, any claim of the petitioner is disputed or does not find favour with the Respondent authorities, a reasoned order shall be passed within the same time frame and duly communicated to the petitioner.
