The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Manjhi P.S. case No. 185 of 2018 registered under Section 399, 402, 120B of the IPC and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The police on secret information that some criminals had assembled behind the ticket counter of Manjhi railway station to commit some cognizable offence raided the place and arrested six persons, namely, Rohit Kumar, Parinay Kumar, Raghubansh Sharma, Umesh Kumar, Ankit Singh and Sonu Singh and arms and ammunition were recovered from their possession. The apprehended accused disclosed the name of petitioner as the person who managed to flee away. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14122 of 2019(2) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 and petitioner was not in the company of apprehended accused but it appears that seven persons had assembled behind the ticket counter of Manjhi railway station and out of which six persons were apprehended and from their possession arms and ammunition were recovered. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
