The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) A direction may be given to the respondents no.3 to 6 for selection of petitioner on the post of "Lady Supervisor" Social Welfare Department (ICDS), Government of Bihar, Patna in the light of Sankalp Sankhya 1846 dated 10.06.2010 of Social Welfare Department (ICDS) in which petitioner applied for vide Application ID LSP/0079410 dated 15.07.2019 in EBC category
Patna High Court CWJC No.4754 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 (Handicapped) in appropriate format well within time."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
