Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mufassil P. S. case no. 359/2012 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him and it is stated that one Anish Singh gave danta blow to the informant as a result of which informant sustained injury on his head. Informant sustained grievous injury on his head. Parties have already compromised the case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11739 of 2015 (2) dt.27-04-2015 the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Mufassil P. S. case no. 359/2012 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
