JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 04-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his application for grant of arms licence is still pending though it was filed in the year 2013 and in the meantime, his son has been murdered by the miscreants for which Kotwali P.S. Case No.251/2015 has been registered under Section 302, 120 B and 379 of the I.P.C.

Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the licensing authority to take a final decision in the matter of the petitioner in accordance with law
