The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/ 307 /498A / 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of Opposite Party No.2. Allegation is demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner is ready for reconciliation. Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20413 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No.839 of 2018.

The Court-below shall take appropriate step for conciliation between the parties. The petitioner shall fully cooperate before the learned Court-below in the conciliation as well as trial, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
