The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of the minor girl of the informant by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim girl in para-16 of the case diary has stated that the victim girl stated in her statement that she solemnized marriage with one Jitendra Sahni and she has not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26297 of 2021(5) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 stated about the complicity of the petitioner in this case. She has further stated that she blessed a child from her husband, namely, Jitendra Sahni and her age is about 26 years. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Sikarhana at Dhaka, District- East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 168 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
