2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 791 of 2024 for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 308(2), 303(2), 109, 324(4), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS lodged on 13.12.2024 by the informant, Rajendra Yadav.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while he was moving on the Haiwa vehicle from Dehri to Bagodar road, this petitioner alongwith other accused, after abuse, assaulted and the allegation is that the windscreen of the vehicle was smashed. This led to the FIR.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court his innocence, learned APP has taken this Court to paragraph-3 to show that he has two criminal

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, no case of anticipatory bail is made out.
