The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 70/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3,4,5,6 of Suppression of Immoral Traffic Act and Section 3 of Protection of Children from Sexual Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to paragraph No. 46 of the case diary in which it is submitted that the girls themselves have stated that they were recovered from house of this petitioner rather from the house of the Usha Devi who happens to be the relative of the said two girls. However, considering the submissions made by the petitioner herself that the two girls had been given the house in question, belonging to this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7558 of 2015 (4) dt.27-04-2015 P2/2 petitioner on rent by this petitioner and the that the two girls were recovered by Police from the said premises owned by this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.
