The petitioner is aggrieved by a registered letter dated 06-03-2023, sent by the Superintendent, Bihar State Board of Religious Trust, whereby the Superintendent, Bihar State Board of Religious Trust sent a notice to the petitioner to appear and put forth his points. The recitals of the letter shows that the Board was intending to constitute a Trust Committee.

4. The petitioner, in pursuance of the notice, may appear before the Board and, raise all his grievances, which has been raised here. The Board is directed to pass a reasoned order after giving opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.
