JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2016 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sultanganj P.S. Case No.198 of 2015 instituted for the alleged offences under Section-302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleges that some miscreants came and shot his brother Ajay Sanyashi. In course of investigation, several persons were arrested and two of the accused persons independently named the petitioner as well. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in respect of other accused persons. The investigation is going on against the petitioner.

In the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within four weeks and seeks regular bail, his prayer would be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by order of this Court.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
