The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 505 of 2019, dated 03.06.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has only transpired during the course of investigation. The petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade and no looted/incriminating article also has been recovered from his conscious possession.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16659 of 2020(2) dt.03-06-2020 2/2 The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 22.07.2019.

Considering the facts aforementioned, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa/Court concerned in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 505 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
