Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the selection of respondent No 10 as Anganbari Sevika for Center
Patna High Court CWJC No.7553 of 2015 dt.18-06-2019 2/2 No 135 (Additional) at Village - Bindwaliya, Gram Panchayat Raj - Bahadurpur in the district of East Champaran, petitioner has approached the District Programme Officer, Motihari by filing an application (Annexure 7). It is the short submission of the petitioner's counsel that no order has been passed thereupon till date.
Since the issue is pending consideration before the District Programme Officer (respondent No 5), writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No 5 to take a final decision on the petitioner's application in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order and after hearing the parties concerned expeditiously without any undue delay and preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
