The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.11.2018 in connection with Complaint Case No.1171 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case as per the complaint petition is that the daughter of the complainant, namely, Rubi Kumari was married with the petitioner. On 01.04.2014 and January, 2015 the petitioner started torturing the daughter of the complainant and also threatened her to kill the complainant due to nonfulfillment of the dowry demand.

No.15387 of 2019(3) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the complainant entered into a compromise and thereafter she received Rs.50,000/- though the case is pending before the lower Court and it is further submitted that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full dignity as statement in this regard made in para 8 of the bail application. Statement has been made in para 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has not any criminal antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits the the thrust of action of against the petitioner. Considering the nature of accusation and the compromise entered into between the parties, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No.1171 of 2015.
