Mr.Pronoti Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O.Case No. 207 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation as per FIR is of recovery of 1012 bottles of liquor from a Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Car and petitioner happens to be the owner of the same.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was not present in the car and driver has fled away from there and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to him rather he should surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15315 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order, if possible, on the same day.
