This application is directed against the order dated 11.06.2013 passed in Title Appeal No. 13 of 2009, whereby the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Purnea allowed the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12628 of 2013 (3) dt.29-09-2016 application of the defendant/appellant/respondent nos. 1 to 5 filed under Order 26 Rule 10(A) of C.P.C. for comparing the admitted and disputed signature of defendants-respondents by appointing the handwriting expert.

On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
