Petitioner is accused in connection with Turkauliya (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 753 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 326, 307, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. and later on, section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.06.2018. Further submission is that on perusal of the entire case diary, it appears that there is no eye witness. In the instant case, petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion.

Case No. 753 of 2017.
